Online Booking Notice

A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. A $35 fee will only be charged in the event of a no-show or if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

Once your appointment request is approved, you will receive a text and/or email confirmation with your appointment details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our office to verify your booking:
